Every bear is fully jointed and hand stitched with the finest hand waxed thread made specifically for sewing fur.

1.  The bear in the left upper corner is made from pure white rabbit. The inner ears and pads of feet are gorgeous pink suede I cut from an old vest.  This bear is wearing a sparkling beaded necklace with a "Mom" pendent.  You may also choose to remove the necklace and have her wear her matching suede collar.

2.  In the upper right hand corner is another bear made of rabbit.  The beige fur was an old coat my friend Ellen purchased for me. The dark brown fur was a scrap given to me by an ex-furrier.  He is extremely soft and nicely accented with fine black suede inner ears, pads of feet and matching collar.  His beautiful blue eyes really pop against the brown.

3The bear in the lower left corner is made of an old mink stole I bought at a local thrift store.  He looks to me like he should be in the Country Bear Jamboree.  He is kinda silly and very sweet.  This pattern was something new to try.  I love the big belly. The inner ears, pads of feet and matching collar are made from an old leather coat probably from the same thrift store as the fur.

4.  Perhaps the most unique fur for a bear is this opossum teddy.  Yes indeed, 100% genuine opossum.  You'll be surprised how thick and soft this cuddly creature is.  He bright blue eyes really stand out with the salt and pepper look of the fur.  He is tastefully accented with fine black leather inner ears, pads of feet and matching collar.
